Bangui – Bayanga Doli Lodge

After breakfast, we leave the hotel and drive straight over the land up to the Protected Area of Dzanga Sangha in the town of Bayanga. Upon arriving, we are welcomed and immediately transferred to Doli Lodge, ideally located and overlooking the Sangha River. After the diner, overnight.

Dzanga Bai Dzanga Sangha National Park

After the breakfast today we start exploring Bayanga this morning with a visit to the famous Dzanga Baï. We board our 4WD and drive across a bumpy track as we make our way to Dzanga Baï. After approximately half an hour or so driving on a forest track, we reach the entry point of the Bai from where we embark on a 20min forest walk crossing a shallow stream (water level can reach up to the knees) as we proceed to the stilt platform erected in the middle of the forest. From this elevated watchtower, we spend the morning watching huge number of African Forest Elephants in the Dzanga clearing, as well as numerous other species like the rare Bongo, Sitatunga, Dwarf Buffalo, and a varied number of birds, all interacting in their natural social lifestyle. Dzanga Sangha National Park: Western Lowland Gorilla in Bai Hokou, Doli Lodge

After an early breakfast, we leave the Lodge and embark on an hour forest drive to the research camp in the heart of the Dzanga Ndoki NP until we attain Baï Hokou, where our Gorilla safari starts. Tracking the Lowland Gorilla is exclusively by hike in the dark rainforest, and the walk can last in between 45 minutes and a couple of hours, which in turn depends on how far they Gorilla nestled the night before. under the leadership of our Pygmy host and guide, we trek along the jungle with many chances to encounter many other wildlife species like Forest Elephant, Dwarf Buffalos, Monkeys, Birds, Pangolin, Butterflies and much more. Upon reaching the Lowland Gorilla group, we are allowed to spend one hour watching the animals. Baï Hokou Gorillas sometimes allows a close contact with visitors and the curious younger Gorillas even exceed the closer contacts. Later on, we trek back to the camp with renewed chances to spot some wildlife along the way. From the Camp, we freshen up and go for a short walk close to the camp to watch a huge flock of Agile Mangabey interacting in their natural habitat. In the late afternoon when the wildlife interaction is declining, we leave the watchtower and trek for 20 minutes back to our car and then drive for half an hour to our comfortable lodge. We spend the rest of the afternoon chilling out in the Lodge bar/restaurant that offer a breath-taking view of the Sangha River and the surrounding forest. and night.

Community activities with wonderful Baaka - Pygmies

Today in the morning we shall leave Bayanga and you will be take deep to the forest for a hunting net experience within the forest and a group of baaka’s hunters. This unique experience wil teach you how this community spend their days in the wild. In the night, you’ll be entertained by series of spectacular Ba’aka Pygmies traditional dances and chants around a gigantic woodfire. Dinner and lunch at the lodge restaurant. we drive back to our Lodge for dinner

Bayanga – Ouesso - Republic of the Congo

In the morning we board our private motorised pirogue boat for the navigation from Bayanga up to Ouesso border (in Congo Brazzaville) which we attain after seven hours of navigation. April as still in the drain season probably the navigation will take more time because the Sangha river is going to dry and that makes sometimes slow the navigation but we shall arrive the same day in the Republic of the Congo. Transfer to the hotel in Ouesso after the immigration control and overnight at the Oliviers Hotel.

Ouesso - Brazzaville

Today earlier in the morning after the breakfast we shall leave Ouesso by our safari car that’s will take us up to Brazzaville. We will have a stop to the Equator found at Makoua City which is the most of the biggest town in the northern congo after Owando and Ouesso. Dinner and overnight in Brazzaville.

Brazza City Tour and Sapeurs Show

After breakfast, we will start to visit the wonderful city of Brazzazille explore themajestic river congo that offer you a unforgettable souvenir has the second powerfull river in the world after the amazonia. The De Brazza Museum and Memorial are near your hotel. We therefore begin our visit of the city with a visit to the Poto Poto school of painting which is the oldest in Central Africa and which is well worth a stop to admire the paintings of their students, which are for sale and superior to anything you can buy on the street. Although closed on weekends during the week, you can watch budding art students at work. Visit of the memorial dedicated to Pierre Savorgnan De Brazza passing the basilica of Saint Anne and the railway station which connects Brazzaville to Pointe Noire. Brazzaville's local markets are open daily but are in full swing on weekends. The Poto-Poto market, located in a "district" of the city of the same name, and among the liveliest in Brazzaville, has an entire street devoted to West African fabrics from which Congolese women and men make their clothes. colorful. Sunday is a perfect day to visit the Sainte-Anne Basilica in Brazzaville, or any church you come across on your walk. You will be welcomed inside where the beautiful singing of the anthem is sure to move you. The craft market is open all week, selling your best bets for souvenirs. Eight kilometers from Brazzaville is Les Rapides, the set of cataracts that mark where the Congo River meets its tributary, the Djoue River. These are the same rapids that stopped Victorian-era explorers Stanley and de Brazza in their quests to find a navigable trade route from the Atlantic Ocean to the heart of Africa. Les Rapides is a popular weekend spot for beers, local food and music. Return to the Residence Hotellière de Moungali  in the late afternoon.

Brazzaville – Congo River

Morning after breakfast, we will drive you to the port of the Mami wata restaurant to start our ride on the majestic Congo River. Climb aboard a canoe for an incredible and timeless African adventure, Africa's most famous river gaze at monstrous Kinshasa and countless local ship, farm and fishing villages as you ride further out to the islands and the villages north of the river towns. Witness the endlessly dark green home of thousands of fish and link life, all colorful and many undocumented and new. Watch farmers plow the riverside and go about their daily business, and see the heart of Africa at the center of its transformation. The Congo River is the deepest and mightiest river in the world, winding thousands of miles through Africa's largest rainforest and teeming with life. a show worthy of the local culture will be organized for you on one of the largest fishing village (island) to welcome you, after the show we continue the walk to visit the Dover cliffs. Brazza – Pointe Noire City Tour

After your breakfast you will be picked up by our team and to transfer you to the airport to board for Pointe Noire and to start the City Tour and spent a good relaxation on the beaches of Pointe Noire to enjoy the beautiful breathtaking view that the sea offers us.

Pointe Noire – Brazzaville

Today in the morning we shall take you to the bas Kouilou to visit the Caves of Diosso, the Loango Museum, the Slave trade and the circle of African museum in Pointe Noire. In the afternoon we shall take you to the airport and return in Brazzaville. Diner and Overnight.

Brazzaville - Kinshasa City tour (DRC)

Kinshasa, the capital of the other Congo (D.R.C.) lies just across the Congo River; together with Brazzaville, these two cities form one of the very few capitals in the world that share boundaries. Our exploration of Kinshasa this day brings us across some of the most obvious highlights that the city has best to offer. In the morning we drive to the pier where we board the ferry  across the mighty Congo River for Kinshasa ( it takes only 15min to arrive in Kinshasa). From the pier in Kinshasa, we board a private car and begin on an excursion. In Kinshasa where we will have our visit of the capital city, once countryside along the bank of the Congo River, Kinshasa is an old city that began its history in the 1890s. It is a densely populated city that was just a fishing village in the beginning and today, it is home to over 12 million people, making it one of the most populous cities on the continent. A day trip to Kinshasa takes us through a series of historical remains scattered around the city. These include, but are not limited to, the National Museum of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where an exhibition on the history of the founding of the country is offered - the Mausoleum Kabila (former president of the nation) - the Marché Aux Voleurs, the craft market where you will find some of the oldest Congolese masks and statues - the old Presbyterian Church - the Bonoto center - some of the lively places like Gombe Avenue and much more. Overnight at the Leon hotel.

Lola ya Bonobo – Kongo Central ( Zongo Falls)

 In the morning after breakfast, we start our excursion to "Lola Ya Bonobo", the world famous sanctuary of bonobos, next to which is also Lake Lukaya, My Valley. we will have 2h to 2h30 depending on the traffic. The sanctuary is a habitat for more than 100 bonobos, also known as the pygmy chimpanzee, a primate subspecies found only in the DRC. The bonobo chimpanzee is popularly known for its high level of sexual behavior; sexual functions in conflict resolution, affection, social status, arousal and stress reduction. It occurs in virtually any combination of partners and in a variety of positions. This high level of sexual activity is a major factor in the lower level of aggression seen in bonobo society compared to the common chimpanzee and other apes. Bonobos are seen as matriarchal; women tend to collectively dominate men by forming alliances and using sexuality to control men. A man's rank in the social hierarchy is often determined by his mother's rank. Along with the common chimpanzee, the bonobo is man's closest relative. In The afternoon after the activity we will drive from Kinshasa to the Zongo falls found in the Kongo Central. Overnight at the Seli Safari Resort. Water charges forth from the mountains of Bas Congo's equatorial forests, the former territory of Stanley's expedition, and falls on rocks 65 meters through the jungle canopy to the ground.  Located 130 kilometers (c. 90 miles) from Kinshasa, an early morning pick-up will take you through spectacular scenery to the Zongo Waterfalls. Zongo Park provides a lovely setting. This goes deep into the Congolese rainforest and into the heart of darkness you've always imagined. Raw and real and wonderful... and relaxing. 

Zongo Falls – Kinshasa

An excellent break from seli safari with exceedingly beautiful scenery, merely 4 hours away by driving, but worlds away in feeling. After a great night we shall this morning go to the falls into the forest to visit. We shall walk a half day up to the falls. Located 130 kilometers (c. 90 miles) from Kinshasa, an early morning pick-up will take you through spectacular scenery to the Zongo Waterfalls. Zongo Park provides a lovely setting. This goes deep into the Congolese rainforest and into the heart of darkness you've always imagined. Raw and real and wonderful. Return to kinshasa and overnight.
